Eine Künstlerin\, die zwischen Tanz\, Theater\, Performance\, Cabaret und Puppen-Performance mit Leichtigkeit alle Grenzen überschreitet. Ihre besondere Spezialität sind Gender-Performances\, bei denen das Publikum den Wechsel von Frau zu Mann (oder Vice Versa) live miterlebt. Sie ist Pionierin der Drag und Genderperformance in Deutschland und organisierte Drag-King Events\, Tourneen und Festivals von 1994-2002.\nGemeinsam mit Diane Torr kuratierte sie 2002 in Berlin das erste „go drag! First written in 2022 for go drag! Berlin\, and developed through a run at the Edinburgh Fringe\, Nancy: On Drag is an invite into the stories and the structures through which Nancy has made sense of themself and the world. \nThe shapeshifter of Berlin\, the artist formerly known as Camp Dad\, known formally as Shirley Knott. Nancy’s multiple drag personalities make-up a pantheon of alternative egos. For 5 years\, Nancy has performed within Berlin’s drag\, cabaret\, theatre and club spaces.
