A musical spectacle for the whole family
with music by Gioachino Rossini based on text by Carlo Collodi
for people from 6 years to over 100 years
“Once upon a time there was a piece of wood” – this is how Carlo Collodi’s fantastic story begins. Pinocchio’s adventures are imaginatively staged by Carlos Domínguez-Nieto to the enchanting melodies of Gioachino Rossini performed live. In addition to the cheeky Pinocchio himself, Geppetto, the talking cricket and the fairy godmother come to life and together tell the legend of the jumping jack who wants to become a real boy.
